The first step you need to do is find a fitting domain name which expresses what your blog is about. You can go to a place like Godaddy.com to search for your perfect domain name.
Next you will need a web host which will host your blog. There are many economical web hosts which offer great services and some web servers make installing your blog very easy. Once you have decided on a web host and set up your account with them you are ready to create your blog on their server.
